Weekly Special: Asiago Cheese Fougasse

This week's special is an homage to fromage!  We've taken one of our most popular loaves, the Provencal inspired Fougasse and added one of our baker's favorites into the dough: shredded Asiago cheese.   Baked under a very high temperature for a short duration, this loaf develops a tender and soft interior and a delicate crust.  Towards the end of the bake, we brush the soft crust with our reserve extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle more of the asiago cheese onto the loaf.
