Weekly Special: Seeded Whole Grain Sourdough

On special this week: a seeded whole grain sourdough boule. Baked using a mix of whole wheat and bread flour, the loaf is infused with the textures and flavors of flax, sunflower, pumpkin, and poppy seeds and then rolled in oats for a hearty crust. 

This bread would make a wonderful centerpiece to any sandwich. Or, savor it, as our baker does, toasted to golden brown perfection and buttered.
